河流但地*懈叩愕哪翘跸呗贰 然后就是不设置转点直接一条直线走到底,另一 条则是多设一个转点,考虑到造价和拆迁的问题我选择了多设一个转点的方案。 2.2 路线方案设计的原则 必须能够保证汽车以一定的车速安全行驶。选用曲线半径时,应充分注意地 质,水文条件,使曲线既能更好的吻合地形,减少工程。经济、靠村不进村。 2.3 方案比选 路线方案比较选择主要考虑下列因素:(1)路线长度;(2)*、纵面线形 指标的高低及配合情况;(3)占地面积;(4)工程数量(路基土石工程数量, 桥梁涵洞工程数量);(5)造价等。 以下是两个方案的不同选线的分析: 方案一:分析其地貌、高差、河渠、 耕地、建筑物等的分布情况,得出图 上有多个村庄等等。考虑到要尽量不穿过这这些村庄,桥的造价比较高。于是, 选择地*衔*坦, 且靠村不进村这样就可以不要穿那么多的村庄,而由于新垇 港的位置比较特殊,所以回避不了,但是考虑到拆迁的问题,选择在中间的区域 通过, 接着就是通过了一条河流但是由于它是比较弯曲的,所以经过的时候要架 几座桥,但是此处的地*衔*坦。本次设计只设置了两个的弯道,又结合地形 图的分布, 两个弯道都是在地*系偷牡胤缴柚玫摹 后面是直接一条直线设到底, 但是途径了两条河流,还要经过了沙帽坵。该方案的路线总长度为 8.010km。 方案二: 此方案主要是从尽量减少拆迁的角度和少架桥梁去考虑的, 分析其地貌、 高差、河渠、 耕地、建筑物等的分布情况,得知地形图上的的分布以草地、河 流和村庄为主, 但是并不是完全就按照这个来选线的,比如地形图里的村庄要尽 量的避免,而如果只是一味的考虑要减少拆迁的话, 那么就会多次通过河流,和地*细叩牡胤健T谡飧鑫侍馍希鸵辜跎俨 迁和减少架桥,通过的地*衔*坦,这几个因素相结合,尽量做的最好。而对 于其他的走向的选择跟一方案考虑的差不多, 但最后一段路上多设置了一个转点 这样可以较少拆迁和架桥但是必须要拆的,无法回避的。该方案的路线总长度为 7.8559 两方案的比较: 方案一: 总长度比方案二长一点。 在起终点之间*均圆曲线半径比方案二小, 路线顺适。 有两个弯道, 由于这条路线途中是沿着地*衔*坦的方向避免了多 填挖。同时路线联系好,可将沿线的乡镇连接起来,有利于促进地方经济发展。 但桥梁的个数较多,穿越两个乡村,行车干扰大,安全隐患多。

方案二: 总长度比方案二短一点。在起终点之间*均圆曲线半径比方案一稍 大,路线顺适。有三个弯道,这条路线途中只穿过了新垇下这个村庄,而且架桥 少,造价底。沿线联系乡镇也不少,服务较好。,行车速度快,干扰少。 所以,综合以上各种因素,本设计选择第一方案为参考方案,第二方案为主 方案。 2.4 线性设计 本方案路线的全场 7855.95m。设有三个弯道。为了避免给给驾驶者造成不 便,设计时在曲线间插入了足够长的直线和回旋线。 2.5 *面设计 圆曲线半径, 缓和曲线长度是路线*面设计中要解决的基本问题,但只此对 于满足一条路线行驶安全顺畅的要求是不够的。 实践证明, 直线长度过长或过短、 曲线与直线、曲线与曲线配置的不适当也会导致行车事故,降低通行能力,造成 行驶时间和运营费用的损失以及破坏与自然景观的协调。因此,一般来说,*面 设计应满足以下几点要求: (1)*面设计必须满足《标准》和《规范》的要求 (2)*面线形应直捷、连续、顺适,并与地形地物相适应,与周围环境 相协调 (3)行驶力学上的要求是基本的,视觉和心理上的要求应尽量满足 (4)保持*面线形的均衡和连贯 (5)应避免连续急转的线形 (6)*曲线应有足够的长度 本次设计的道路是一级公路,地形为*原微丘,查规范得出:*曲线的最 小长度为 140m。而所采用的最小*曲线的长度(包括圆曲线和两端的缓和曲线) 的最小长度为 232.056m,满足要求。 7.曲线间直线最小长度的要求 (1)《规范》推荐同向曲线间的最短直线长度以不小于 6v 为宜。 一级公路的计算行车速度为 100km/h,因而同向曲线间的最短直线长度 为 600m。所采用的同向曲线间的直线长度为 1363.448m,满足要求。

第四章 横断面设计
4.1 横断面要素的确定 横断面要素的确定主要是确定组成公路路幅的各部分的几何尺寸,在实际设计 中,一般是根据公路等级和交通量的大小,参考《公路工程技术标准》中各级公 路路基横断面来确定,同时结合当地地交通规划和有关要求进行适当的调整。 本次设计的是二级公路设计速度是 100km/h,根据上表查的车道数为 4,路基宽 度取为 26m。 4.2 横断面设计的要求 (1)设计应根据公路等级、行车要求和当地自然条件,并综合考虑施工、养护 和实用等方面的情况,进行精心设计,既要坚实稳定,又要经济合理。 (2)路基设计除选择合适的路基横断面形式和边坡坡度等外,还应设置完善的 排水设施和必要的防护加固工程以及其他结构物,采用经济有效的病害防治措 施。 (3)还应结合路线和路面进行设计。选线时,应尽量绕避一些难以处理的地质 不良地段。对于地形陡峭、有高填深挖的边坡,应与移改路线位置及设置防护工 程等进行比较,以减少工程数量,确保路基稳定。 (4)沿河及受水浸水淹路段,应注意路基不被洪水淹没或冲毁。 (5)当路基设计标高受限制,路基出于潮湿、过湿状态和水温状态不良时,就 应采用水稳性好的材料填筑路堤或进行换填并压实,使路面具有一定防冻总厚 度,设置隔离层及其他排水设施等。

(2)、基坑开挖 开挖前将水的来去截断、引开,使之在开挖中和浇筑基坑中坑中无积水,如 果有明流水要另挖沟,如果排水挖沟工程量比较大时,基础也可以分开施工的办 法,先围一边,挖好基坑浇筑基础后,又施工另一边。开挖采用挖掘机配合人工, 当挖至离设计标高 20-30cm 时进行触探,视地基情况按监理工程师指示办,基坑 验收后,立即浇筑砼,基坑开挖注意以下事项: 1) 土方挖送离坑壁坡顶 10 米以外,以免压塌边坡。 2) 泥土不压施工便道,不得堵塞交通。 3) 留一边场地进料。 4) 坑槽有水时,挖集水井排水。 5) 基坑应开挖至设计标高或监理工程师指定标高。必要时,最终开挖深度要依 触探资料确定。保证地基承载力不小于 250kPa。 6) 基坑达到各项设计要求后,妥善修整,在最短的时间里铺垫层浇筑砼,不得 暴露太久。 (3)、浇筑砼 1) 浇筑基础砼 基础系 20 号砼,浇筑时严格按配比下料,浇筑厚度每层不超过 30cm,用插 入式振捣捧振捣密实。 基础浇筑注意墙身装模部位*整。注意基础沉降缝与墙身 沉降缝连通, 沉降缝处用塑料泡沫板隔开,基础顶面与涵台相接部分应拉毛面并 埋设短钢筋与台身相接。 2) 浇筑墙身砼 模板采用 1.2×1.5m 钢模,模板安装前清除干净,涂刷脱模剂。按施工图设 4—6m 1 节设沉降缝,墙身沉降缝与基础沉降保持一致。模板安装每次安装相对 两节台身模板, 每节台身模板用木方或钢管加夹具连接成一个整体,在浇筑下节 台身时可整体位移模板,以免重复安装,加快施工进度。 模板用φ 14 对拉螺栓拉紧, 螺栓外套塑料管,以利拆模时螺栓抽取。模板安装完成后,要重新测量各点坐标 和定位砼浇筑高程控制点。 沉降缝采用 1-2cm 厚的泡沫板隔开, 每道通道台采用 一次连续浇筑到位的方法。 砼在拌和场用强制式拌和机集中拌和,用搅拌车运到 现场,再用斗车通过路架运到模板中卸下,当卸料高度大于 2.0m 时,采用滑动

串筒,将筒导入底部,防止砼下落时离析。控制每层 30cm 下料,然后层层采用 振捣棒密实,振捣棒快进慢拔。振捣器要垂直地插入混凝土内,并要插至前一层 混凝土,以保证新浇混凝土与先浇混凝土结合良好,插进深度一般为 5~10cm, 振捣密实到砼停止下沉,不冒气泡、表面呈现*坦、泛浆为止。每一节段的砼浇 筑要连续完成,间断时间不超过 90MIN 也就是不能超过前层砼的初凝时间,所 以在砼搅拌运输振捣上都要做好充分准备,设备备用人员及时调动,保证砼质量 的浇筑。 不允许出现延长间断时间的问题。在浇筑砼的过程中经常观察模板有否 变形,支撑、拉杆有否松动,如有变形马上采取措施纠正。注意搭设的运送砼的 支架、过道不得与模板支架连接,以免影响拉动、走位。拆模时间应在砼强度达 70%左右,炎热季节要及时养生,及时拆模,严防砼烧坏。砼的养护不少 7 天。 或监理工程师指定的天数。 (4)、浇筑盖板砼 盖板全部现浇。全涵长 14.60m,模板采用 1.2×1.8 钢模,支架采用钢架管, 在已完成的基底砼板上立支架,装盖板底模,底模涂抹脱模剂。钢板的连接处要 用胶带封密防漏浆,盖板可以采用分块浇筑,也可以连续浇筑,但要考虑砼的拌 制、运输、人员配备能力大小来决定一天的工作量。浇筑不要遍地开花,要一块 一块的做,每浇一块都要成功,不要把时间拉得太长而影响质量。且安装好块与 块之间的隔板,严保盖板的几何线条,设置好伸缩缝。 安放钢筋:将预先制作好的钢筋运到现场,按图纸规格规定将钢筋摆布、焊 接、绑扎。钢筋运输注意保证钢筋原状不变形。钢筋摆放两端要扯好线,保证端 头整齐一致, 保证留好砼的保护层厚度,钢筋与模板底部要采用不小于盖板砼标 号的砼垫块,将钢筋架设在垫块上,不小于 2cm 厚的高度,保证钢筋有一定的 保护层。钢筋安装经监理工程师检查合格后浇筑砼,砼浇筑时注意沉降缝处用 1-2cm 厚的塑料泡沫板隔开,两头涵端模内侧用小钢筋采用点焊拉牢,外侧采用 钢管或木条撑牢,保证涵端砼边整齐美观。 砼制作运输、浇筑和养生:砼现场拌和一定要控制料质,过期水泥不用,成团 水泥废弃,不同厂家不同型号的水泥不混合杂用,砂、石料只能用配合比设计的 料,不能任意用料。不规格的料要过筛加工,含泥超规定的料要冲洗;料量配比 采用过磅或量斗。禁止凭经验配料。水质要干净,浊水、污水不用。搅拌均匀, 颜色一致,没有离析现象,控制好水灰比。砼采用斗车运输,运到盖板模板上。 砼整*时多用铲,少用锄、耙。盖板厚度一次性完成。采用插入式振捣棒和*板 振捣器振捣,振捣棒插入深度 20cm 左右,尽量不碰模板、钢筋,振捣要密实, 插入稍快抽提稍慢,振捣到砼不下沉,表面*整,没有气泡为止。盖板面采用* 板振捣器捣实整*。盖板顶面最后用木烫板拉毛。 在炎热天气混凝土施工, 在浇筑前的混凝土温度不应超过 32 度。浇筑后应用 湿麻布和喷雾状水,用保护罩覆盖或用其它方法冷却养生。 (5)、沉降缝、防水层处理 盖板、墙身、基础沉降缝连通,八字墙墙身、八字基础沉降缝连通,沉降缝 采用沥青麻絮填塞饱满。砼盖板、台身外侧填土前涂刷沥青胶材料,以形成防水 层。 (6)、台背回填 填土前先清除各种杂物和台背不适宜材料。 台背采用砂砾分层两台背同时填 筑压实,每层压实厚度 15cm 左右,用小型打夯机夯实,压实强度达 96%以上, 由专门台背回填小组指导施工。

第七章 路线排水系统设计 7.1 路基排水设计
路基排水系统由排水沟、边沟、山坡截水沟、*台截水沟等组成,排水沟、边沟、 山坡截水沟均采用浆砌片石铺砌。 路基排水系统由地表排水与地下排水组成, 地表排水在填方段主要依靠两侧坡脚 位置的排水沟,在挖方路段主要坡顶外侧的截水沟,并通过急流槽、跌水井等构 造将汇水接入排水沟或直接通过桥涵排出路界。 挖方路基两侧布设雨水管道不再 设置边沟, 边坡坡体外缘以上汇水面积较大时,设置截水沟并根据具体条件设置 急流槽将水引入管道或涵洞, 填方路基一般不设置边沟,个别地段排水不畅或排 水将冲毁农田时设置边沟或排水沟。 地下排水应根据实际情况, 其主要依靠纵向、 横向或网状盲沟与渗沟将路基裂隙水与地下水拦截或排出,使路基处于干燥、稳 定的使用状态。 7.2 路面排水设计 路面表面排水的主要任务是迅速把降落在地面和路肩表面的降水排走, 以免造成 面积水而影响行车安全。 降落在路面上的雨水, 应通过路面横向坡度向两侧排走, 避免行车道路面范围内出现积水。在路面纵坡*缓、汇水量不大、陆地较低且边 坡坡面不会受到冲刷的情况下, 应采用在路堤边坡上横向漫坡的方式排除路面表 面水。在路堤较高,边坡坡面未做防护而易遭受路面表面水流冲刷,或者坡面虽 已采取防护措施但仍有可能受到冲刷是,应沿路肩外侧边缘设置拦水带,汇集路 面表面水,然后通过泄水口和激流槽排离路堤。设置拦水带汇集路面表面水是, 拦水带过水断面内的水面,在高速公路及一级公路上不得漫过右侧车道外边缘, 在二级及二级以下公路上不得漫过右侧车道中心。 行车道路面排水:一般路段的双向路拱横坡 2%,路面雨水可经坡面漫流直接汇 入雨水管道系统。超高路段的弯道内侧采用超高横坡直接将水排出行车路面。 其余路面下渗水通过设置在水泥稳定碎石顶面、 沥青封层表面的碎石盲沟排至边 坡或流入雨水口。
